Bio:
My 2nd Hunter from my Metroid inspired Fan fiction “Samus Corps”, Apical. An actual princess, she was bred from youth to be a fierce warrior that would eventually rise to the rank of queen and commanding general of her planets’ armies. Blessed with the curse of long life spans, however, Apical would not hold the reigns to her kingdom for at least a thousand years. Upon hearing the exploits and fantastic stories of the hunter Samus Aran, it wasn’t long before Apical enlisted into the Galactic Federation’s newest special ops unit knows as the Samus Corps to train under the famous warrior herself to help sharpen her own skills. If successful, Apical could one day be the most effective queen ever known among her people.
She proved her skills as a warrior quickly while training with Samus, but found it most difficult humbling herself to another’s command. Accustomed to having her every need waited on from birth, being a “team player” strained her training unlike her fellow hunters. Pantone, the trouble maker of the crew, makes it her own personal mission to ensure Apical knows her place as a soldier (not a princess) at every given opportunity she can. This fact of course occasionally puts the two hunters at odds on missions (and nearly every other setting).
