The Swaptober Art Challenge event is an annual 30 day character art challenge created by Marcus Williams that runs from Oct 1 – Oct 30. The challenge is centered around the internet meme “Rule 63”, which states that, as a rule, “for every given female character, there is a male version of that character” and vice versa. Heroes or Villains, it doesn’t matter, so long as you swap their gender. The art challenge is open to any and all artists across all social networks so feel free to hashtag “#SwaptoberArtChallenge” when posting your own character swaps.
